Description de la formation

This course is for those who want to drive change responsibly within the value chain. It provides a top down view on how all of the nodes along the value chain fit together. It focuses on the various stakeholder interests and trade-offs to be made, the relevant key performance indicators and on how to build resilience and agility. It enhances collaboration as experts from roles across the value chain learn a common language. It also explores strategies for smart green logistics for carbon emissions equivalent reduction and customer satisfaction.

This course is granted 14 ECTS credits.
