Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 19 ECTS-Punkte.

The specialization course is designed to give participants the understanding of the regulatory and legal characteristics of Asia's key markets and thus better assess opportunities and risks.

• Module 1: Cross-border Issues when dealing with Asia
• Module 2: Country Specific Legal Aspects of Trade and Investment

The first module deals with basic questions of cross-border issues when dealing with Asia. 

The second module deals with country-specific legal aspects of trade and investment. The focus will be on the following countries: China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam.
