Quality Management of Humanitarian Projects

The CAS in Quality Management of Humanitarian Projects targets professionals working in the humanitarian, development and social sectors. It also welcomes career changers and graduate students entering the humanitarian field. It develops competencies in project and team management through a Results-Based Management approach. The programme covers humanitarian leadership, people management, context analysis, needs and capacity assessment, project planning, resource programming, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Inclusion, diversity, accountability and participation are integrated throughout.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a Swiss or foreign university
• At least three years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent command of English
