Der Master ist der zweite Hochschulabschluss und verlangt mindestens 90 ECTS. 
The Master of Science in Real Estate is the highest degree in the real estate industry and is only offered in Switzerland at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. It requires at least 90 ECTS.

Students get an understanding of real estate markets and investments as well as the strategic management of real estate services.

The Master of Science in Real Estate is a research-based MSc with a practical dimension providing advanced technical and management training. It offers subject-specific skills and knowledge in the areas of real estate (asset) management, international real estate investments and finance, real estate developments as well as international real estate markets.

Admission to the Master of Science in Real Estate is subject to the following conditions:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 24 ECTS related to Real Estate, Economics, Business, Management or Finance
  Online courses offer the possibility to achieve missing credits
• Ability to follow English-taught instruction at university level (skills at C1 level for literature and, potentially, presentations*)
• High degree of motivation and commitment
