Description
Description de la formation
Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 15 ECTS-Punkte.
The CAS TPP: Impact Analysis will equip program participants with essential skills in public policy analysis by focusing on how to assess policy options in terms of their expected effects, in order to identify appropriate policy designs; and to evaluate the implications of implemented policies so as to be able to adapt them where needed. In public policy analysis, it focuses on the interface between policy (the output of the policy process, such as laws and regulations) and the effects of such policies on technology and society (outcomes).
The learning objectives of the CAS TPP: Impact Analysis are to equip participants with skills that are essential for:
- designing solutions (policy interventions) based on systematic ex ante analysis of their potential economic, social, and political consequences;
- evaluating ex-?post how implemented policy interventions perform in terms of their effectiveness, efficiency, and equity.
Modules:
The CAS TPP: Impact Analysis consists of three modules:
- Module 1: Economic Foundations for Policy Analysis
- Module 2: Technology and Policy Analysis
- Module 3: Policy-Making in Practice
