Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 15 ECTS-Punkte.

The CAS develops expertise in bringing technological innovations to the market and leading entrepreneurial ventures. It is tailored to innovative and deep-tech ventures
and their specific challenges: complexity, uncertainty, and high resource needs.

Structure

The programme has 4 building blocks:

• Core Knowledge – Combining research-based insights with skill-based workshops to impart the necessary knowledge to create technology ventures.
• Leadership Development – Preparing participants to spearhead a team of people toward success.
• Business Coaching – Defining a clear roadmap and reviewing progress in 1-1 sessions.
• Building Community – Learning from peers in a cohort, even after the programme concludes.

Key feature of the CAS is its use of «Blended Learning». The in-class meetings are used to discuss key issues and problems and reflect on the material studied and prepared.

Structure: Ten days of core knowledge building (Friday/Saturday); a one-week international study trip to another entrepreneurial ecosystem; and two custom-tailored coaching programmes.
Workload: about 420 hours
