Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) ist eine Nachdiplomausbildung der Hochschulen und entspricht mindestens 10 ECTS-Punkten. Dieses CAS verlangt 12 ECTS-Punkte.

The continuing education programme focuses on the scalable repair and maintenance strategies for buildings and their components as well as economic concepts of value preservation. The aim of this programme is to equip participants with the skills to identify problems and potentials related to repairability, to develop appropriate sustainable solutions and to communicate these effectively to different stakeholders. heir contribution extends the life of existing buildings and their parts and reduces the demand for new resources and materials.

Admission

Conditions d’admission

  • Master's degree acknowledged by ETH or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Professional experience is recommended.
  • Englisch C1

Specialists in architecture, engineering, industrial design, real estate, risk management and related fields.

Coûts

CHF 7'000.-

Application fee: CHF 50.- for persons with a Swiss university degree, CHF 150.- for persons with another university degree
