Description de la formation

This program focuses on fundamental hospitality management concepts combined with in-depth operational skills in Food & Beverages, customer-centric Services and Hotel Management. In the final semester of the Swiss Professional Degree, students will specialize in one of two Majors: Culinary Arts or Spa & Wellness Management. This pathway offers a deep immersion and broad overview of all the functions of the hospitality industry and a lot of internship experience. This pathway take place in Passugg in the canton of Grisons. 

Ce programme met l'accent sur les concepts fondamentaux de la gestion de l'hôtellerie combinés à des compétences opérationnelles approfondies dans les domaines de l'alimentation et des boissons, des services centrés sur le client et de la gestion hôtelière. Au dernier semestre, les étudiants se spécialisent dans l'une des deux majeures : Arts culinaires ou Spa & Wellness Management. Les études ont lieu à Passugg dans les Grisons et se font totalement en anglais ou en allemand.

  • Semester 3 – Hospitality Operations Internship
  • Semester 4 – Entrepreneur: Think like an entrepreneur and develop strategic skills
  • Semester 5 – Hospitality Administration Internship
  • Semester 6 – Networker: Learn how to build meaningful relationships

Stages

Students undertake an operational and a managerial internship.

Complément d'études HES : Graduates of the Professional Path can obtain a second degree in just 3 additional semesters through direct entry to the Bachelor in International Hospitality Management.

Training in English
Excellent written and verbal command of English is required. Students are asked to submit one of the following international.
English certificates:
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System) academic module, with a minimum score of 6.0
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) with a minimum score of 80 (iBT)
- Cambridge Advanced Examination, with a C minimum
- First Certificate Examination, with a score of A only
- Duolingo score of 105

Formation en allemand

- Connaissances en anglais au niveau A2
- Connaissances en français ou en italien au niveau A2
La formation peut également être suivie entièrement en allemand.
